Pricing

Engagement models and what drives the price

We quote a fixed price in every proposal, after we understand your scope. This page explains the three ways we work, what makes an engagement cost more or less and what is included no matter which model you choose. Media spend is always separate and always paid by you directly to Taboola and MGID.

Monthly retainers

Three retainer tiers, described by scope

Retainers are fixed monthly fees. The tier depends on how much we build, how many campaigns and creatives we manage and how much content and testing you want each month.

Foundation

One offer, one market

For a business running its first native program with a single offer and a single conversion goal.

  • Taboola and MGID campaigns for one offer, mobile and desktop
  • One pre-lander plus the conversion page
  • Creative refresh every three weeks
  • Weekly meeting, daily dashboard, monthly report and roadmap
  • One content piece per month
  • One CRO test or page improvement per quarter

Growth

Several angles, more testing

For businesses with a proven offer that want to expand angles, publishers and landing pages on both networks.

  • Multiple campaigns per network, including publisher whitelist campaigns
  • Two to three active pre-landers with ongoing variants
  • Creative refresh every two weeks
  • Weekly meeting, daily dashboard, monthly report and roadmap
  • Two to four content pieces per month
  • One CRO test per month

Scale

Multiple offers or markets

For teams running several offers, product lines or geographic markets with meaningful daily budgets across both networks.

  • Full campaign portfolio on Taboola and MGID with dedicated structure per offer
  • Pre-lander library with continuous testing
  • Weekly creative batches
  • Weekly meeting, daily dashboard, monthly report and roadmap
  • Content program with a monthly editorial calendar
  • Ongoing CRO program with multiple concurrent tests
Ask about Scale
Percentage of spend

A fee that moves with your budget

For established advertisers with meaningful monthly spend, we can price management as a percentage of media spend with a monthly minimum. The percentage decreases as spend grows, which aligns our fee with your scale without the step changes of a retainer. The scope is the same as the Growth or Scale tier; only the pricing mechanism changes.

This model suits companies that already know native works for them and expect budgets to change season by season. It is not a fit for a first program, because the early months are mostly build work and testing rather than spend.

Launch project

A fixed-scope 90-day start

The launch project covers the first three phases described on our process page: foundation, launch and learn, and optimize and scale. It is priced as a fixed project fee, so you know the total cost of getting from zero to a working program before you commit to ongoing management.

It includes the website or landing page build, account setup and tracking, strategy, the first creative batches, 90 days of management and the 90-day review. At the end you can continue on a retainer or the percentage model, or take everything in-house with a full handover.

What drives price

The factors behind every quote

  • Starting point. A business with no website, no accounts and no tracking needs more build work in the first 90 days than one with a sound site and working analytics.
  • Number of offers and markets. Each offer needs its own angles, pre-landers, creative and campaign structure on both networks.
  • Media spend and campaign count. More spend means more publishers to review, more block list decisions and more bids to manage every week.
  • Creative velocity. How often you want new headline and thumbnail batches and new pre-lander variants.
  • Content and CRO volume. How many articles per month and how many structured tests you want to run.
  • Integrations. CRM, call tracking, e-commerce platforms and server-side conversion setups add implementation time.
  • Regulated categories. Health, finance and similar areas need more careful claims work and slower review cycles.
Always included

In every engagement, at every tier

  • Accounts, pages, creative, dashboards and documents owned by you.
  • A weekly meeting with the people who run your account.
  • A dashboard refreshed daily across Taboola, MGID and your analytics.
  • A monthly written report in plain language and a monthly roadmap.
  • Policy pre-check on every creative and page before submission.
  • Written handover documentation kept current throughout.
  • Month-to-month terms after the launch phase, with 30 days of notice.
  • No markup on media. You pay the platforms directly.
Pricing questions

Common questions about fees

Why do you not publish prices?

Because the scope varies a great deal. A business with a working website and analytics needs less build work than one starting from zero, and the amount of weekly management depends on spend and the number of campaigns. We quote a fixed price in every proposal, and we explain how we arrived at it.

Is ad spend included in your fees?

No. Media spend is paid by you directly to Taboola and MGID through accounts in your name. Our fee covers the work, not the media, and we never mark up spend.

Can I start with the launch project only?

Yes. The launch project is a fixed-scope 90-day engagement. At the end you can continue on a retainer, move to the percentage-of-spend model or take the assets in-house with a full handover.
