Privacy policy
This policy explains what information the Mestrel America website collects, how we use it and what choices you have. We keep it short because the site does very little with your data. Last updated October 16, 2026.
Who we are
Mestrel America is a US-based native advertising agency. This policy covers the website at mestrelamerica.com. It does not cover the websites, ad accounts or analytics of our clients, which are governed by their own policies.
What the contact form collects
When you submit the form on our contact page, we receive the information you type: your name, email address, company, website, selected monthly ad budget range, selected primary goal and your message. Our server also records the date and time of the submission, your IP address, your browser's user agent string and the host name of the site you submitted from. The form includes a hidden field designed to catch automated submissions; a human visitor never sees or fills it.
We use this information for one purpose: to reply to your request and, if you become a client, to set up our work together. We do not add you to a newsletter, sell or rent your information, or share it with advertisers.
How we store it
Submissions are written to a private file on our web server that is not publicly accessible, and a copy may be emailed to our team inbox. We keep submissions for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of business inquiries, then delete them. If you ask us to delete your submission earlier, we will.
Cookies
This website does not set tracking cookies. It uses no analytics cookies, advertising cookies or social media cookies. Any cookie that may be set is strictly necessary for the site to function, such as a session identifier used by the server, and is not used to profile you.
Third parties
We do not run third-party tracking scripts, advertising pixels or analytics tags on this site. The site loads two typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those font files, Google receives your IP address and standard request information, as it does for any resource loaded from its servers. We do not pass any other information to Google, and no other external resource is loaded.
If you email us directly, your message is handled by our email provider under its own terms.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws, including California, have additional rights to know, delete and opt out of the sale of personal information; we do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. To exercise any right, email [email protected] from the address you used to contact us, and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are stored on access-controlled servers. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we use reasonable measures appropriate to the small amount of information we hold.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be noted here for at least 30 days.
